Weather looks cold but decent. Light winds and calm seas. Could be last chance before it really gets cold again like last week.
Can't decide between launching out of Somers Point and heading south or just trailer to Cape May and prospect.
Yes, I've got a 2013 237 cobia as shown in my signature. If I go, I'll be leaving out of snug harbor in cape may and trolling the lumps to the north of the inlet. Hope to find some bait or birds to put me on some meat. Radio will be on 68, boat name is Mar-Vic.
Thanks for the reply...and hope. ;-) Earlier this week I kept seeing "less than 1 ft. seas", then this afternoon, "small craft advisory" popped up, then they cancelled the gail warning. I'm heading out tomorrow a.m. after if gets above freezing.
