Trailered up to Raritan and fished the hook with my son on Saturday.

There are some nice Fluke in there......at the beginning of the outgoing right close to the beach, 40' - 50' depth.

Best rig was the old fashioned three way, swivel on the bottom, 2' leader, and fluke hook with 2 or three spearing.

Kept a few to 23". Lost a biggie. Some throw backs .

Then the tide gets ripping around the hook and the bites over.

And the 23" isn't a biggie? Damn, I should be fishing with you.:D
