I'm headed down to SIC for the weekend; we'll be closing up the trailer for the season. I'd like to know what baits I should get; I was thinking clam; squid; blood worms; maybe some frozen mullet. I also have both floating and swimming plugs; crystal minnows; ratl traps; this and thats.
Am I adaquately prepared? I'm figuring on hitting Corson's Inlet; the suds near 32nd in SIC and Townsend's.
I also have a heavy duty 15 foot rod with 40# mono I bought this spring. Normally I use two Abu Garcia 9 foot Fincatchers. The 15 footer makes the tender lower back ache after a dozen casts.
Any pointers or suggestions greatly appreciated.
