Yup i fished the beach last weeked riddle jetty caught a 19" fluke fishin for bass, shame the season's closed!

I'll give it a try this weekend after the rain this week.

I've been fishing the inlet,the beach side(pocket) over the past couple of weeks. I've seen some shorts,and heard of a couple of legal's being caught.As of right now no fish in my cooler. We need to give this weather a little time to work it's magic.:D It's commin just not fast enouh for that itchy trigger finger.:eek: When their here be ready. I've already spent $ and time getting ready.I wish the bass where on my schedule.:D You should check out Zeno's new Book www.zenohromin.com (http://www.zenohromin.com) His articles have kept these bass free days goin for me and I have actually learned a thing or two reading them.Pass it on take a kid fishin.

Fished the PP side of the inlet with alot of small sea bass and small blaksand porgies and no bass. They are there as I saw spear fisherman with some nice ones, but they did not want to bite:(

Fished the Brielle side bluefish,bluefish,bluefish!!!!!!!:eek: There everywhere.There was bait in the water.:D Mostly talked to some of the other guys,and oh yea caught bluefish.:eek:Me thinks it's to warm!:confused: Soon it'll be elbows and as*&%^$#!**" there!:D Can't wait:D

My Squan surf fishing trip this (sunday) morning was a Dud!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:
Caught one large stargazer, only fish i saw caught on the beach!

Afew mullet in a jetty pocket, afew scattered birds out further.
