View Full Version : If you had 2 hours in the Evening what would you do?

I'm going to be in the Cape May area tomorrow for work and will have at best 2 hours before dark to jump on the boat and chase some stripers.

What would you do with such limited time?

Depends on the wind Mike...Still suppose to be sh!tty tommrrow night.With the bait we have you can go allot of places...If you have the tide in the back your gonna need some clams....

I wish I knew the Sod banks but I don't so that wouldn't be very productive right now. Besides I'm liable to get lost or hurt myself once it got dark not knowing them.

hit the back bays if its crappy out.. i'm sure you know of a couple od deep spots back there.. work that live bait.. but if it lays down a bit hit the rips

Not a bad idea and mostly every tog spot will have bass movin in when the sun goes down

I hadn't thought about that but I've got over 100 greenies penned up as well as some bait fish in another. I might just knock around the inlet based on the weather or even see whats at the bridge's.

I should have gone to the Ugly mug instead I had an Ugly evening. I just stuck around the inlet area and managed to catch my share of salad. The ride down to the rips would have been a nasty ride and the wind wasn't letting up. So I messed around a bit and have this skunky odor coming on I'm 0 for 2 on Striper trips this fall
