headed north up to asbury park and jigged around birds with 7 keepers all around 32". Dom showing off an early catch.

Nice fish thunder,was out Sunday afternoon about 1pm,callled you after heading up to manasquan inlet,jigging up blues around the birds,finally went on the troll with chaartruese shad umbrella's picking up shorts(25-27")..Finally pulled in a fat 34" for the box..Going on a charter down Cape May rips on friday but will be out again on satout of Shark River inlet!!!!Catch em up!!!!

hey ram, i went out sunday morning about 8 am and got really beat up. headed in right away. how did you get out? did it calm down. I will also be out this sat.

What has been the best technique for big striper outside SR Inlet... Have live eels or spot been doing the trick? and are the stripers more shallow or deeper than the blues?

hey ram, i went out sunday morning about 8 am and got really beat up. headed in right away. how did you get out? did it calm down. I will also be out this sat.I went out inlet about12:30-1pm wind was blowing out of the west/northwest.seas a little chop but laid down nice in afew..Birds were right outside the inlet,then workrd my way south where fleet was working birds byManasquan..Did the jigging,caught the blues thena--holes running right through the birds putting fish down,that's when I went on the troll..picking up shorts then finally the 34"..Back at the dock by 5pm ..nice day..Hope to catch u out there on Sat..Good Luck!!!!!!! Been getting them in 40-50' on chartruese shad umbrellas!!!!!

what kind of weight are you trolling with those umbrellas?

been using natural green a27 diamond jigs. hard to say which is deeper, seems like they're just mixed in.

what kind of weight are you trolling with those umbrellas? No drail weights on,pulling them with wire jet!!!!
