http://www.alltackle.com/worlds_largest_spinner_bait.htm

We designed the World's largest spinner bait. We use a 20 oz swivel headed cannonball parachute lure with a 12" shad body and two 7" bunker spoon blades which when combined into a spinner bait configuration, creates an unbelievable presentation for striped bass.

Model

Weight Color alltackle.com Price Secure Order
BPBWLSBW 42 oz White $74.99
BPBWLSBC 42 oz Chartreuse $74.99

Wondering if it actually works, and what rod and reel are you using?

I use my trout ultra light with 4lb test so I can feel when the fish hits:D

Thanks for the reply.

So the guys down in MD, VA, & NC troll with these big Mojo rigs, sometimes with a three way and a spoon or shad body. The question is is anyone using this rig or does anyone use the Mojo rig that can provide some advice.
Thanks

Not sure how deep that would run. Seems like a lot of drag with two spoons and the shad body. I guess teh 20oz. is enough to get it down.

I make my own baits similar to a mojo but in 8, 12 and 16oz....not the typical 2-5lb mojo's used down south. They work great with a 9 or 12' shad trolloed solo and with umbrellas to get them deep.

$75 is a steep price to pay when it gets hung up on strucutre. The rigs I make myself probably cost less than $5.
