STALKER...2007 Season Review!

Well now that I got a few minutes I wanted to tell about this years bass adventures. We had a great year with the bass this past year...starting the 3rd week of March and going right into January again. We didn't really get that many huge fish this past season...a few in the 30's but we did have quality fish both spring and fall with alot of limit catches. December by far produces the best action in my eyes.. with tons of bird plays just about 1.5 miles outside our own inlet (something we haven't had in years)...And as most of you know....my home away from home.....(The Rips) Which is always a producer was steady...not the best year I've had and not the worst...but good enough for sure.

We expect to start again in March this year and we will have a surprise for all of our customers come mid April-ish;)! Keep an eye on reports and that will give you the heads up on starting to get ready for you spring outings with us!

Thanks to all of our customers for fishing really hard for us this season..Without you there would be no "STALKER". Can't wait to get back out there on the water with you this year and put a few in the "Ice chamber of death":D

P.S.S. Capt. Adam and myself will be running overnight tuna trips next season on the STALKER II. Please ask about those trips as well. These trips will begin in September and go through October!

You always work hard to put your charters on fish, so I am not surprised by the results and photos of the 2007 season. Once again, nice work.

My Uncle (Keyman) and I were fishing with you on January 7, 2006 and that's the day the Stalker landed 61 striped bass in 41 degree water on mainly bucktails (Original post "STALKER 1-7....And the Beat goes on!"). That was one of the best quantity striped bass fishing days I have ever seen. I still have and use the bucktailing tips you gave me on that January 7, 2006 trip in my fishing journal (see reference in January 20, 2008 post "Clean Sweep Virginia Beach report from this weekend").
