Capt Buddy is nothin but an outlaw. He`s been arrested and convicted for keeping rockfish under 18" and shooting geese over bait. His money keeps him out of jail.

I must admit, I ended up there at Labor Day Weekend when I kept my boat in the Upper Chesapeake. I had friends from Michigan and Va. Beach for that trip. Let's just say that we had our kids with us and had to keep one hand over their eyes after 7:00pm. My buddies still ask when we are heading back to Tilghman Island.
I have heard stories of the man, but I can only say he was friendly, and gracious with our group.
But I must admit, the flash can rub the wrong way, especially that video.

That article really sheds light on this guy and his ways.
How do they let a habitual law breaker keep his capt license?
