Old Wood Kingfisher Deepsea Rod Info Please

I have a stout 2 piece wood fishing rod with a ribbed handle, a rubber cap on the butt. The name KINGFISHER stamped on the reel seat and the upper section has eyes on the top and bottom. Any info would be appreciated.
