Has anyone seen a map or list that has all the local boat ramps? I'm trying to locate places to launch a 24' CC...preferably in the SH, Avalon, Sea Isle area. I could've sworn I saw a list on The Barn someplace, but did a search and couldn't find it. Any help would be aprpeciated!

There is a nice public ramp on the south side of the causeway bridge into Sea Isle City. Just keep in mind that it is a HIGH tide ramp as it ends abruptly and drops off several feet. In the spring and late fall, waders are required as it is not very steep and you have to put the trailer way in to geet it deep enough to float off/on. Larsons marina (west side of causeway near MinMar) also has a ramp, but it is narrow and STEEP. We pulled my fathers boat out there this fall (low tide) and I was not sure if we were going to get his explorer up the ramp. There is also a public ramp near the whale creek marina in Strathmere. It is gravel and easy to use. I am not sure if there is a ramp at the big marina on the mainland side of the waterway behind Avalon.

I have asked that question several times over the last few years.
I went to the NJ Salt Water Expo in Somerset and dove at a table that had "New Jersey Boater's Ramp Guide".

I got it for free, but would have paid $5. for it. I doubt that it has everything, but it's got quite a few. :)
