Sorry djm, we're not allowed to reveal any locations on this forum. I hear those are good areas to fish though...

I would cast along the sod banks especially near points and drop offs. The best thing to de is give it a whirl around any srtucture or drop offs.

Their are lots of good spots......Ya just need to find them;)
check the charts for deeper channels near sod edges
plan your trip by tide and time of day, and available structure by your put-in and you'll not have to kill yourself.

Launch at the North WW ramp. Make a right and paddle towards Grassy Sound on beach creek. Fish around the bridges and the inlet/outlets of the little creek mouths. Just fish on weekdays/nights and watch the PWC and powerboaters. Look on Mapquest sat view of the area, zoom in and print it out. For bass cast out a shallow diving plug and troll along the sod banks. You will catch if the tide is right and the boat traffic is low.

Plenty of good spots along the sodbanks.
