First Susky trip today

After putting in the boat in Northeast, we made a 10 minute run to rocky point. Started throwing jigs and BA's to no avail. After 6 hours of 3 guys casting there arms out we managed 2 bass to over 20# closer to 25# and 1 shorty about 26" or so. It was a great experience and a huge confidence builder as I got to see first hand how to fish the area and what to look for. Beautiful day on the water!!

We were out today also but up in the river. Caught two one was 41.5# and the second 26 #'s we took a trip to turkey point and a few other places but no luck. All caught trolling

Shad raps. CMD let me know how you make out. If I could have gottent off work I would have been there in a heart beat. The fishing has not been emaculate but you can not beat the weather. If you get bored the shad and perch can always keep you busy in the meantime.
