Heading home tomorrow and trying to get on the water Thursday. Will the bay be one big cup of chocolate milk or will it be fishable? I know the weather is supposed to be decent, just don't know about the water quality...

Andy, Its allways fishable. It's just a matter of getting fresh bait to use.
If you got fresh then go. You cant catch if you dont go.good luck and let us know how you do.
