Sunday, Raritan, anybody want to join me, split gas and bait

Fishing Sunday in front of the hook, early like 6 AM, finishing about
10, planning to go in front of the hook, on the clam beds.

Anybody want to go, split gas and bait.

Was on the water by 6:30

Went around the hook, tried clamming around the nude beach, marked
fish, but no takers, saw the fleet in the middle of the bay.

Bird action, tons of blues on top, I believe they were on rain fish.
Had about 20-30 party boats, even saw the Jamacia and a few others
from the south there. The birds were moving quickly, tough to get
good jigging action, switched to trolling, hooked up a bunch of blues
and a 20 lb bass.

The party boats were mainly jigging and getting blues.

The bass was on a stretch 25, red head, white body.

Went around Romar light house, boats were lined up for miles,
tried clamming, no luck, saw one nice bass taken.

Was able to get out of the water before the storm set in

cool, more time to fish, my kids are also wrapping up their spring sports,
just in time for the June run.
We will have to hook up in front of LBI on the bunker schools

Was wondering if anyone is looking for a little help or wants to limit there personal cost and hitting the raritan...I would like to go this fri as it looks like it will be a afternoon tide and do some chunking as i am landbound and would like to hook up if anyone is interested....I have experience on the Raritn and also know the ins and outs of snagging and were to get them bunker as it is pretty obvious on the Raritan:o well drop me a e-mail at fisandfree@yahoo.com if anyone is interested thnks THE PAZMAN
