I prefer to leave mine at home, she doesn't like going in the ocean & I really don't want her there during my fishing time either.

First of all be careful of the area around the navy pier. Your find outer markers that you need to stay on the outside of, if not your get a quick visit. Fishing wise: fluke will be in the deeper parts of the bay around the reach channel. Be aware of where you are and the NY limits that are in place for fluke if you stray into NY waters. You can also fish the area around the hook and areas further south on the outside. If you do a search for Nj reefs your get the gps points for their location. The closest to you will be the sandy hook reef and past that is the rocks. Only other possibility will be look for birds and you may find blues.

The hoe i use must be defective--every time i try to make a hole - the water just keeps going back in it !:D
