i have been playing around with the flounder plug...
let me know what you think

The action on that is awsome. I love how it flutters back to the bottom and lays down nice and soft. Great job!

just for thought, try to add a treble up near the front in the middle of its back.attach it in the same manner as how you did the jointed parts of your plug;) now all you have to do is find somebody to paint it for ya:D

you think just laying on its back with the hook will do the trick cause thats the only ting stumping me at this point...
or should i have it some how build in to the body??

how much does it weigh???

as of now it's 4 1/2 oz the body is 5" long.
i working on getting the weight down to around 3.oz finished weight.
still have a lot of material i can take off that should take a ounce off.:thumbsup:

I've never surf fished but I can see that thing being deadly in the in the back on the flats . the action it has when it sinks back to the bottom looks about as perfect as it can be .

well if the weather turns t crap this weekend i will try to make some more to see if its going to be a easy build....

finally did the paint on the flounder...
not going to epoxy this one just going to fish it as it and see how she does..:huh:
