Outstanding! Things seem to be very different in the Chessy when it comes to striper fishing. I have fished bass in the Dbay a long time and soon I may b moving to the Chessy area and ...well........what the heck is a parachute rig? Planner boards? Ha not in the Dbay!

Thanks Ron...It will be nice to share some info with others here in the Ches Bay. Good stories and common banter...Wait till spring on the flats.

BTW...Anglers are saying that the grass "on top" in the flats is terrible...tough navigating from the southern end to the north. We need a good "ice" event to clean this out. Seems like over the last several years the grass has really taken off...That's a good thing but makes for a tougher fishing experience. We'll see...

By buddy on the Elk River can't even get his boat off the mooring without overheating several times...

Three things come to my mind when it comes to Striped Bass production along the East coast - The Hudson, The Delaware River, The Susquehanna.
