no i did not but thats a nice fish especially this early... i would asssume he was at the rip by the hook or in the ambros channel.. i am curious to get a confirmation if indeed a nice hammer like that was taken already

It's a confirmed catch just not sure where it was caught.

Read that this morning in Al Ristori's col. Good to hear I would think it was caught in the rips at night. Hope to find out more .I will be there doing something this weekend . I"ll get some eels , sand worms, and maybe do some trolling . Will send in some kind of report Sun. or Mon.

Wow, that's a nice fish and early too. I don't think the bigger fish ventured too far after a great spring. Looks like we might have to give it shot this weekend. It was nice to wake up this morning and see 55 degrees outside:D.
