Thinking of heading out this afternoon. Anyone seen any bunker schools out front in the Brigantine Atlantic city area. I was able to find them last week but was wondering if they are still around. Thanks.

Just talked to my brother. He's out in the inlet now and was out front and said he didn't see any all morning...... doesn't mean much. Sometimes I wonder if he knows what a bunker pod is.......

Plenty still around out front. Also, on the incoming found lots in the inlet, especially along the Rum Point side.

Ran up the beach from L.E.I on tues all the way to ship bottom and back. No birds no bunker no life except for a few bait marks on the botom here and there. So..... wed. went to the garden state south and had a great day all kinds of life in 67 deg. water. Big porgies big flatties, big sea bass, great day:) Decided to run up the beach again back to L.e.i and same scenario as tues. No life, no birds , no bunker. Dont much cars for bottom fishing so I hope the cows will be here soon out front. Maybe this weekend with some cooler weather will help. YELLOWTALE

Tonight out of LEI north to the fist jetty, no bunker unless they're deep. The sky was very dark to the west so I didn't hang around long.

Lotsa bunker off AC about 2 miles off before the blow. No fish though. Tried snagging and dropping, and also jigging a Hopkins. Also tried cutting up some bunker and fishing chunks. Nuthin but a few croakers to show for it. Came in a little closer, same story. Maybe this cold snap will chill the water a bit and get 'em moving down here.
