I was told by a friend that lives in Ocean City that he heard a guy on a Kayak had to be rescued behind Strathmere Sunday night. He had no other details. Any info?

He was rescued from the marsh on the causeway outside of Sea Isle . Father called at about 9:30 to report him over due. They found him walking in the marsh. He was picked up by a rescue squad boat.He was fine.Good example of why you should tell someone your game plan.
