Had a great day out of BI on the Loose Eel from Waretown. No keepers but Cap'n Chris had Jim and me on fish all day and we caught about 15 stripers all thisclose to legal. Best bite was close to the bathing beach early, and just outside the inlet before noon. Big pods of 40" dogfish any where else made for lots of action, too. Let's hope all those 27" stripers are back next year and have tacked on a few inches!
