We left Schooner Island at 6:30 AM Cold but no wind. We headed straight out to Overfalls. The mourning started off terrible. My Live well stopped working and the drain plug dislogged on the ride out:eek: All 24 spot were DEAD:mad: We had eel's and Bucktails to fall back to. It was a slow start but we had our first bass in the boat after about 1 hour--On a DEAD SPOT:huh: We continued fishing with dead spots and wound up catching 15 Bass with 4 keepers and we also picked up 3-20"+ flounder which broke my heart to release but we did! The flounder and the last 2 bass were caught off the beach. 2 Bass were caught on bucktails--nothing on the eel's.
