:thumbsup:Incredible fishing off IBSP yesterday with well over 50 bass trolling wire line using shad umbrellas. Fish were rolling on the top for hours from 6:30 AM til I left them biting @ 1:30 PM. Herring was being chased to the top as well as sand eels but the fish were picky on the jig so I proceeded to troll and had many quality fish including my limit of keepers. Hope this blow doesn't end the bite for the year. Fish them up !

Don't you know size matters? How big did they go?

I pulled my boat on saturday aft. I listened to the radio with envy as I drove to the ramp. Guys had keepers 32"-34" in depths of 52-55ft of water trolling. Heard one boat say his crew was too tired too even pull the rods out of the holders to crank in their fish. Also two guys at the ramp said they had all they could handle jigging just outside the inlet.

We had them at 37 feet on umbrella rigs. It got to the point where we would say isn't your turn. My arms were sore saturday night. We had 8 keepers to 31 inches. The bite was on all mourning. It was nice not to have to run the boat and just fish.
