View Full Version : BARNFEST 2009 Update....

With all that's going on around us with the economy, etc. we've decided that 09 may very well be one of our most needed BARNFESTS ever!
It seems that everywhere you turn these days there is talk of layoffs, closings, cutbacks, forclosures, etc :( It's due time we got away from all that, if only for one night :)
With that said, BF 2009 will be held on Saturday January 24th 2009 at the Savoy Inn.
Knowing the state of the economy and the fact that so many of us are watching what we spend our $ on, Tom Merighi Jr (President Of Merighi's Savoy Inn (http://www.savoyinn.com/index.html)) went above and beyond to make sure - #1 we continue the tradition & #2 we do so by making the event affordable.
Thanks to Tommy and the good folks at the Savoy we were able to reduce our ticket prices considerably from previous years by scaling down the menu and eliminating the DJ. This in effect should give more individuals the opportunity to get away from it all by spending some quality time with good food and friends
I hope to see you at the FEST!

It doesn't matter to me. I like sweets and hots roasted. I will bring some rolls/bread and some cheese. Do you like fresh Mozz or sharp provolone with peppers?
