Should I trool spoons or shads?

I would go with shads. they were really working for us last weekend and boated a ton of fish but there were no keepers put on the boat. The reports of large fish were on Chartruse shads @ around 50-60'. the stretch 30 pulled a few fish (red/white) but the best bite was on the shad umbrellas. good luck out there cap.
