Aluminum Boat Repair

I have a really beat up boat that was given to me, it's about 12 feet. The bottom is pretty tore up and it leaks(not too bad). I was thinking someone could weld it. The reinforcements on the bottom and the rivits would need to be redone. Has anyone ever had any experience getting something like this fixed?

A BOAT THAT SMALL LEAKING IN SALT WATER USUALY IS BEST TO JUNK.THERE IS PROBABLY MORE spots READY TO GO.
