Heres some pics of my 11 gallon yak livewell I made. got the idea from a site and made some mods. got the container from pet store bildge from boaters world switch from dollar store and handle I had laying around. Come on spring Im ready already...

If its herring for the livewell, It'll need to be bigger. I got a round laundry basket with float noodles. Put a mesh lid on it , and just tie it to the yak and tow it.

11 gallons is like adding 90lbs to your kayak

Its more like 9.5 gallons actually:cool: but thats why I got the outback:thumbsup:
