I was just looking at the TGT spoon site and saw that they had spoon spreader bars. Apparently you can hook up three small lures which look like criple herringish or two small lures and one bunker spoon on the trailer line. I was wondering if anybody tried these? It would seam to me that the whole set up would be too much drag to get you down or the trailer bunker spoon would lose its action. Any insight would be great? Thanks.
On a side note what about these two toned spoons? Anybody have success with two tones and if so which ones?

We use the spoon bars and have had very good results catching bass on both the spoons ans well as the peanut bunker winglets. You need to troll slow and with the current. This lure is best towards the end of the season. Good Luck! Capt Matt

End of season to us here in Long Island Sound and Easern Long Island is in late September / October when the peanut bunker are in thick, this lure really is our go to lure although we have done well with it during the doldrums in August trolling it deep and slow.
