:wave:New Striper Regulations. Striped Bass and Hybrid Striped Bass. January 1 till March 31 / June 1 till December 31 (Two fish limit 28 inches or bigger.) April 1 till May 31 (Two fish limit 20 to 26 inches. These regulations are now in effect. From Pennsylvania line upstream to Calhoun Street Bridge. Fishing off the banks on the Pennsylvania side only. Boat fisherman it is good from bank to bank but you have to launch from the Pennsylvania side of the river. From Calhoun Street Bridge upstream open year round two fish limit 28 inches or bigger.

Huh? Whose regulation is this? PA?

So I have to drag the boat across the river to catch a fish in the river if I want to keep them?

Is that about the size of it, or am I getting this wrong?

Do I need a PA out of state license?

Bank to bank.... This is getting out of control. NJ and PA own this river. They need to get in synch (with DE also). This is about revenue, I suspect.

As far as i know, When fishing the river from boat, Nj and PA lisc. are both recognized. As far as the new striper limit, you may possess a NJ lisc. but the fish has to be fillet/taken home from the PA side. Thats pretty much what ive gathered from some avid river fisherman. Confusing if you really dont understand whats going on.
