Was down two weeks ago Friday to Monday. Walked the Largo Flats and played with some small cudas on light spinning gear. Nice day, nice sunburn.
That night went out w/ Capt Chris Daly on the "One Fine Day" docked behind Worldwide Sportsman in Islamorada. It was a full moon and we had a blast. All the yellowtail you wanted plus a few gag grouper and sharks. The boat, Capt and mate were great.

I love it down there. I bought a lot on the water a couple years ago when they were cheap. Now I am trying to figure out a way to legally come up with enough money to build a house on it. Because of the 170mph wind loads you have to build to withstand it is very expensive to build down there. Big fish everywhere you wet a line.

Stopped at the Worldwide Sportsman on the way back from the lower keys in February. It was my first time down to the keys. Picked up some good stuff at the store and had a great lunch on their second floor deck that faces out toward the charter fleet. Fell in love with all the keys and would love to have more time to take every key in. Like you said there were fish everywhere and good warm weather too. Sure makes it hard to come home to cold weather.
