New recipe here guys that worked well for the wife and I with fresh striped bass:

Striped bass fillets
Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
Olive Oil
Butter
Plum Tomato
White Cooking Wine
Package Bearnaise Sauce (or if you are good, make from scratch)
Salt & Pepper

Get grill hot. Rub striper with olive oil, salt, pepper. Grill on both sides until cooked to your liking. Saute crabmeat in butter and olive oil. Splash with cooking wine. Put hot crabmeat on top of striped bass...dice the plum tomato and put on top of the crab, and pour the sauce over.

We had fresh grilled asparagus, crusty baguette, and sundried tomato orzo/rice to accompany it. Simple and tasty!

Thanks! Sounds great we will be right over just hold the tomatoes on mine.:D

Are you grilling the fish right on the grates of your grill? Im always nervous that it will stick and fall apart.

There is no problem grilling right on the grill. But here are some of my tips. First you can spray grates with pam it does help. Olive oil on fish and most important do not try to keep flipping fish let it cook thru on one side until it firms, then flip and finish on other side. I never have any problem. Good Luck. TJ

I sear it and put my grill marks on the fish right over the hottest part of your grill, right on the grates. I then move to a part that isn't as hot to finish it up. What a great tasting fish!
