We got out yesterday late but did real well drove around 15 miles looking for bunker did not find any. The south wind picked up made it for a bad ride but then found some birds working and was able to put 4 bass over 30lbs on the boat:)

Rock, when you found the birds did you find bait on surface and snag bunker or where you jigging them up? Thanks for the reply.

Rock, by the way thats a great day congrats on the nice fish. Only hope to be half as succesful this weekend considering all the donkeys coming down. I sure hope they spend the weekend getting there boats wet and ready instead of fishing. Thanks Again.

Thats cause all the bunker were all in Absecon Inlet yesterday :D. It was a snag fest for hours, i was the last one to quit and leave, got around 100lbs. No bass though, but a few days ago, i saw an old friend with 6 bass between 30-45. I didnt even ask, cause i knew he got them under bunker. Wish i could find that golden school, :eek:

heard of a big fish caught in the inlet yesterday on clam, ramp attendant said the fish was over 40 lbs:eek::eek:
