windlass choice

Hi,fellas. I need some input on choosing a windlass.I have seen so many pros and cons that I am confused.I have to install it on a 25 footer(new)and don't want to make a costly mistake.I never had one before.Who makes the best and why in your opinion-Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
