Man that name sounds familiar. Did you ever work with or know a guy who's name is Dennis Myers?

Well any way. How far up the bay are you looking at? I see you have fairton in for your town so I will start there. The Light houses are the best place to try but the tide runs hard around them up that way and it is against the law to anchor with in 50' of one. Delaware has some reef sites on there side up that way. I don't remember the numbers right now I would have to look them up. If you get yourself a good chart they should be listed. Not too many people do that entirely great up there. Most tog are caught in the lower Bay or Ocean. I used to do well around The Elbow. Not any more all structure has filled in there with sand. Mymall has One little spot that is fish able but it is not big enough to any hold any numbers of tog. Maybe one keeper. Ship john has lots of rocks to fish but like I said earlier the tide runs real hard and will put you on them if you are not careful. Even if you can get near them you will lose more rigs then it is worth. Check out Delaware Reef Site #1 & #2 there are in the upper Bay and your best bet.
