heard from a well connected political source that the boys from trenton are very upset at the way the dredgeing project was pushed through it sounds like a lot of waves may be down the road for a lot of enforcement from epa and other goverment agensies and a close watch on all kinds of cash and carry business dont sound to good

Hey, if it's not already paid for, I wouldn't bet the boat on it either. You guys ought to read the newspaper. NJ is facing a two BILLION dollar shortfall in it's budget.

If ya' think Mcgreedy is worried about Fortescue, think again.

Gilhop, The way it's set up the original dredge broke a pipe and kept pumping sand back into the dredge area. They knew the pipe broke but kept going. To get them to do the job as originaly quoted the CA needed to sue the Sate which in turn would have to sue the Dredge co. The State dragged it heals and waited until the trial day only to concede that we will get the creek dredged! The dredge co. moved their trailer on site to begin operation. I know there was to be a "private"meeting with the Charter Captains and a State Rep? It back fired on the Charter people! Now they have to cough up more money to operate in the Fort! I'm just thinking how many charter trips gets unreported to the state by these same Captains?

Is the dreging operation of Fortescue Creek underway this date February 12, 2004?? I DO NOT care about the last time it was dredged or what the CA is doing. If you don't care to answer, stand in front of a mirror, pick the middle digit, and point it straight up.

THE FORT HAS BEEN OPERATING AS A CASH BUSINESS FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE HAD THEIR OWN SET OF RULES. NO INSPECTIONS:
I KNOW OF ALOT OF VIOLATIONS ON THE FLAKE BOARD MOTEL. NO EXIT SIGNS, NO FIRE ALARMS, THE SEPTIC SYSTEM FLOWING ABOVE GROUND, THATS JUST A FEW FOR THE ROOM RENTAL BUSINESS.

ACROSS THE CREEK THE BOAT DOCK HAS BEEN FALLING DOWN FOR YEARS, YET THEY STILL GET TOP DOLLAR TO RENT OUT THE SLIPS:
UNSAFE DOCKS, NO RESTROOMS, NO CLEANING STATION.
THE BULK HEAD IS ABOUT TO CAVE IN.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO INVOLVE THE POLITICIANS YOU BETTER NOT PISS THEM OFF!!

justdandy, as usual you have shown great difficulty understanding yes/no? If you have read and understood my answer to your question, then you would've not post such a childish response! Again, I'll type sssaaalooooowwwwerrrr for you to comprehend! Just read my lips YES. Notice the reply YES I'm sure you do, can you understand ..YES?.... Now after your done staring in the mirrro, you can put your hand with middle finger down before someone thinks your trying to pick your nose with it!

Justdandy, If you post like you fish then I can understand why you never post any fishing reports! If you need help catching fish, I'll take time out during any summer day and show you how to fish. If you need hints on bait rigging or knots then I can help you there also! Maybe then we can see some real reports from you, instead of your abnormal posting. Also, had you taken a few seconds of time and read "Barge in Place" posted around 6:00PM tonight, you then would not have shown all of us your intelligence/lack of? I can't wait till the fish starts running and you start posting reports? Remember, If you need help catching fish, just ask!

Please note the time of my post that requested a simple Yes or No. Your answer is simple enough, but not important enough for a message alert that got me out of bed. :D

Thanks for the info.

What should we sing next BIGGEST?? ;)

Gil, you really know how to bring out the lurkers. I guess if the dredge doesn't get done we just have to leave at high tide and stay out til it gets high again. :D :D
