Fishing reports Tuesday2-23 and wednesday 2-24 with Skippy and Captain Lew.

Went to the flats Tuesday and fished for Trout and although we caught 40 or more Trout only eight we're over 16 inches with three in the 18 inch range. No monster fish but lots of action. Along with the Trout we're schools of Bluefish and Spanish Mackeral were present. Lots of fun and saved the fillets for Tuesday diner. Lew made a special sauce up and it was a big hit. ( Franchies sauce).
Tuesday we went out on the flats and caught three nice keepers and some short Trout in the first hour and then the skies grew dark and we just made it in before the sky opened up. Tomorrow looks bleak and we may do some sight seeing if we can't fish. All in all we're having a blast and will post more on this thread tomorrow.

I have a friend who recently moved to Napels so I hope to get down next winter for Reds/Groupers.

you know that was a compliment all the way ;) Weather is kinda chilly, but looks like you'll be bringing some Fla. weather north with you. Sunny 55 Sat.60 Sun. May hit D'ville Lake Sun. with Chris.
