I've had to use Sea Tow twice. I recomend them to everybody. They got to me quick on both occasions and were very helpful. Absolutely worth the hundred bucks.

I was out with a friend by 14 ft last summer. We started in and his engine died. :( He had Boatus and it took 2 hrs to get to us. And Seatow was fishing a hundred yards away. Seatow also has many more boats in the area.

I personally can't make a comparison due to the fact that I never used Boat US. However, I have used Sea-Tow and I'm here to tell ya they run a top notch, class "A" operation!

I can't imagine service getting any better smile.gif

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. May be time to make a switch. I buy the towing insurance package every yearfrom Boat US, and have never used it. I Was thinking of switching this season. Especally if I get a slip on the Muurice river this season.

I recommend Sea-Tow!!!!! Broke down 2 years ago in the bay. Sea-Tow was there about an hour later and towed me back to the marina. The operator was very professional and friendly. The bill was over $300.00, handed him my membership and that was that. Their rates increased slightly this year, but they are still the best.

SEA TOW, SEA TOW, SEA TOW, There was a night last year that it was real foggy and Tow Boat US would not leave the Maurice river. Sea Tow ended up going out and get the guy who was broke down.

Seatow definetely has more boats in the area.
I myself have TowBoat, only because my auto insurance is very cheap because I am a towboat member.

I have never used either one, (Thank God), I am glad that TowBoat finally has a boat on the maurice river.

With that said, Seatow is a Barn supporter.
