I cleared the inlet around 7:30 and turned left. I was hoping to jig some stripers so I stopped several times on readings and birds only to get bluefish. I got up to the red church area then decided to switch to plan b and drop anchor on some piles, we were able to get 6 keeper taug and release 2 others. We stopped at a couple of blitzes on the way home only to get more blues, I did raise one striper on a popper but could'nt get him to come back for a second shot at it. Nice day on the water and we did bring home some fish for the table. I'll be back on Sunday and will turn the other way because guys did better down there. Dave boat name: "Eagle"

Well done and good luck on sunday... I dont know if your interested at all in trolling umbrellas but that's worked best for us lately w/ the bass...
