Striper Fishing on 4/16/04

You couldn't have asked for a better day. The bay was nice the water was clear for the bay. To top it all off we got our first striper on Smooth-er. The shack down run turned out to be a good one. Water temp ran all day about 48 deg. then we change to clam and a big school came by and we got this one.

We didn't get any bites on herring or Bloods. We did get some bites on bunker but didn't catch any stripers on it. Most of the bites were on the clam.
