Trying to find anything on the web re Shimano's Ocean Jigger reels -
OJ4000P specifically.
I don't see anyone selling them
Seems to be one of those Shimano Japan / Auralia products
Anyone know where I can find em
Wanna take a look at it to match with my OTI 7'6 60-80 class jigging rod
Thanks

You can get them on e-bay
Search a seller by the name of "reelseller" He will have one
The reel is called an "Ocea Jigger"
There is a 4000p on there now for 511.00 as a buy it now price

ReelSeller is my go to Shimano dealer. I have bought from him (Jeff I think his name is) many times....always very cheap!!! Most orders are drop shipped from Shimano USA in Cally

I have one...it's really nice, but I don't use it for everyday fishing only because it super hard to get parts for. They are nice though!

Thanks for the info!
A couple of questions...
- What's the diff between the 4000 and 5000?
I'm looking for line capacity as I will use this deep dropping Tile (in addition to jigging and chunking BFT)
- There is a silver and gold model - seems the silver is the "P" model the power retrieve model and the gold is the "H" higher speed retrieve model. True?
Looks like a sweet power handle also

We have the 4000P
the 2000P with shallow spool
The 1500NR
The handle is sweet.

Paul you are THE man!
Not just rods!
:)
So, what's the diff between the 4000 and 5000?
Is it pretty much just line capacity / wider spool?
Guessing either would match up with that OTI 7'6 60-80 class jigging rod I got from you.?
Bottom fishing - tile / cod and also jigging and chunking BFT
Always worry that 60-80 lb rod may be overkill - if need be could I exchange for the 40-60 class?
