Hey guys anyone fishin for perch or tog yet? trying to get an idea when to start stocking bloods and shrimp for the season... Been getting some calls and tryin to figure out when to put the first orders in... chris

When does the backwater tog bite start in the spring?

People will start looking for bloods on the March 1st opener in the backwaters. Land based anglers will start looking for tog around the third week in March and start catching by April.

One idiot on here was toggin on foot in January......

I've been Perch fishing for a couple of weeks, Yellow Perch that is. Would love to get some small minnies or shrimp.

Definately have bloods ready by the beginning of march. You know the guys and I will be looking for them. We will be hitting the wrecks for tog starting the 2nd week of march, so greenies by then would be great:thumbsup:..
