It's funny how things can work out for you. My two 70 year old friends went fishing on Friday. They tried to call me on the radio as they came down the bay. BUT they could not hear me responding. After a few attemps, they deceided to turn around, what with the rain and lack of reports, basically chickening out.
Out of discouragement the crew took a few clams and headed to the beach. Shortly thereafter, Wes was blessed with a 38 pound behemouth bass!

As I was admiring his catch, the Captain showed up and you should have seen the look on his face!!!

Good thing they had not contatced me, I would have prevented the catch of a lifetime.
PS Wes is recovering from a malanoma cancer and was able to best this fish despite musclar atrophy... :D
