What are the guidelines for fishing the Big D? I know where it is tidal, you don't need a license, like DOD is fine. At what point on the river does a freshwater license apply? Also, does reciprocity apply on the river. For example, I have a PA license...What if I launch from the the Jersey side? Am I OK? Or do I have to launch from the PA side for my license to be valid?

Joe You can launch on the NJ side without a NJ license,as long as you have the Pa lic.they are reciprocal,The only time you need a license to fish NJ waters is when you go up the creeks on the jersey side Above the CBB,Below the Comm.Barry the Raccoon creek is the same, you dont need a license in the oldmans until you go under the 295 overpass,Are you ready for the Stripers,Caught em today on Outgoing,There Here,HRL
