Neshaminy Ramp on Big D closed

Jill and I tried to launch on Easter only to find the ramp barricaded(sp?). I fished from the rocks for a bit, but not much was happening. Ranger stopped as I was ready to leave and said ramp will open April 1st, but it is now privately owned and there we be a charge to use the ramp ($10 daily or $75 for the season).
