Dr. Bass, the water temperature is getting there! I am just waiting on the boat. We should be ready by the end of the month. I would imagine that those fish are biting in the rips right now, when the conditions are right. I think it is going to be a good spring off the Point. I look forward to getting lots of pictures on the board!
