This plug should do well here in the back bay and beach on stripers. I had it swimming in the pool today and it looked very edible. I am working a more in light colors for day time. Man I cannot wait for the water to warm up.

Two years ago we were out plugging a back bay spot. I am using a blurple bomber and my friend had a black one. I landed 4 or 5 bass and he had not had one. Looking at the plugs the only other difference besides the color was that the black plug had red eyes and the blurple had yellow eyes. He changed over to a blurple and had fish after that. Well after getting home I took a black bomber and changed the eyes to yellow. The next night we went out we started off the same. After not getting hit on the standard black bomber he tried the one I that I changed the eyes on and ended up catching with it. So who knows but it made me a fan of yellow eyes. Most of the stuff I make has yellow eyes now from teasers and bucktails to plugs and jig heads.

You're making them look like a pro already Vince. I was amazed at your work given the amount of time you've been doing it. One would think you'd been at it for years.
