What a difference a crew can make. Out with the Prowler V for a double trip. Fluke for the day and strippers at night. Both 3/4 day trips. Day capt. an crew worked hard to keep you on fish. Probably 50 or more keepers on a somewhat crowded boat. But everyone had action and went home with some fish. We stayed for the srippter trip with great spots on the boat. WOW what a difference. Crew let people get pushed out of rail placements. Could only care about their real regulars. Maybe a dozen keepers with as many throw backs which is just fishing .... But when the mates acually have to tell you they expect more tips . Go figure. Not a disgrutle group of long experianced traveled fisherman, But a group who will be keeping south from Belmar to Cape May. Shame cause we have have be fourtunate to have won pools from Highland boats in the past. But will have to settle on back to South Jersey.

Sounds like a great first trip with the fluke! We do open boat trips for stripers aboard the STALKER out of Cape May! Well, it will be in the fall now.. But we limit up to 6 people and the fishing down here in the fall can be as good as it gets!

$75 a person and eels and rods are included!

Hope to see you in the fall for some stripers! ;)

We may give your offer some thought, we have had many great charters out of Cape May and fortesque with much sucess. The old grounds have always been good to us for Fuke. The rips and bay for strippers. We tried North because of all the reports of large catches. Many large Fluke right now. Couple of #10 and even 11# Fluke is worth a try. And it was. But just a bad taste left on the night trip. Did not want to sound like we were crying but more warning. Pool during the day with less people $225. Night with full boat shoulder to shoulder , near 100 people Pool $125. $5. pool. which one in our group manage to win . ( only caught 1 fish for 5 of us in group but the right one) Something fishy. No pun intended..

Night fishing is just a whole different mentality. Its the old hardcore nite blue trips just now they are targeting bass. Every man for himself bring your own fifth!

Hate to bash a boat or crew but it just was that bad. We are well seasoned fisherman who know there are good and bad days. We have gone out on days that sitting on the deck to fish cause it was that rough was ok because you wanted to be there to catch fish. Captain would tell us if you are carzy enough to go I am crazy enough to take you. But fishing that night trip was nothing short of packing everyone on taking your money and just not caring. We have been out on that boat in the day before even in the winter and it was worth coming back but not again. Blue fihing and bottles we have done but even then everyone was on the same page. (getting to old for those trips) Just not worth the agg. To many other baots that work hard for you when you are there. Have to go back to charters. Seems like it is getting to cost about the same anyway.
