Cape May Rips, DE Bay or AC Back Bays Tomorrow?

Does anyone have any recomendations to where might be the better choice. I am planning on going out Wednesday 11/23 and am not sure where. With the storm that just pasted I am thinking the DE Bay and Rips might be muddy and rough but the tide will be comming in.

Plan B would be to go to Absecon Bay and stay in the back, anchor up and send out a chum slick?

Any Thoughts, who else is going out?
