Where are the stripers

Okay, I've been concentrating on Drum for the past two weeks. I want to hit some Bass this week but haven't been keeping track. Can someone give me hint where they have been.

Try the rips with live spot or eels. Best with tide and wind together and low light conditions prevail. We like the outgoing the best because we fish the mussel beds mostly but the last few years with cold water we had mostly dog sharks on live bait. Night is best or early am.
